Here are some "insider tips" from Eastman's Technical Service Team for cutting foam with the Eastman automated cutting systems:
Sound Insulating Foam – Can be cut with a 2” or 3” round knife using plastic overlay. If the insulating foam is thick an Eastman Fiber Tool Head with a lift kit maybe required to lift the tool above the material.
