Functionality EPDS will open and save all AutoCad DWG and DXF drawing files. Convert two-dimensional, top view drawings of pool liners (that specify the perimeter, hopper and slope of the pool) directly into a 3D liner using the new 2D-to-3D functions. Specify shrink factors as a default EPDS program option. Create liners with multiple depths. Specifying free-form perimeters and hoppers with flexibility via the Liner Unwrapping (flattening) function. Key in commands via the AutoCAD command (text) window. Utilize the File, Edit, Modify, Options, Tools, Window and Help features on the Embedded AutoCAD Toolbar. Utilize the Perimeter, Hopper, Unwrap/Slice, Nesting, Liner, Cover and Step features on the EPDS Toolbar.

EPDS Model: Eastman Pool and Spa Design Suite Eastman Pool and Spa Design Suite, EPDS, is specially designed for the needs of pool and spa cover manufacturers. EPDS is an AutoCAD based tool that automates the very tedious task of turning a three dimensional wireframe to a two-dimensional form that can be cut with ease. With data such as depth, length and width, the computer operator draws the pool and spa cover shape. The drawing is then presented in either two-dimensional or three-dimensional viewing. The software divides the two-dimensional pool liner/spa cover into panels and positions these to guarantee the least amount of wasted material during cutting.
