Eastman offers several affordable Extended Warranty plans that allows customers to receive superior technical support well after the machine is past standard warranty.
Eastman personnel have been supportive in the few times we have experienced machine problems. We have not had a machine out of operation for more than a few hours total in the three years since we began our association with Eastman. When we do experience a problem, a call to Eastman's technical service normally pin-points the problem in a few minutes and utilizing the recommended spare parts, we are quickly back in service.
